Yes — completely. Cairn has no account and works offline. Your reflections, photos and progress stay on your device and are never uploaded or shared. Nothing ever leaves your phone.
Open the Profile tab. There you can switch your focus at any time (each focus keeps its own journey) and change the app language between English and Dutch.
Make sure notifications are allowed: open iOS Settings → Cairn → Notifications and turn them on. You can set your daily reminder time in the Profile tab.
After you complete the day's mission, tap "Add a photo" in the reflection step. Photos are stored privately on your device and become part of your personal journey.
