Dopamine Reset Coach reads your existing signals — sleep, steps, urges, completed habits, daily check-ins — and tells you in plain neuroscience language what your brain needs today. All data stays on your iPhone. There is no account, no server, no analytics.
What it tracks
- Brain state today — Focus, Impulse risk, and Recovery, computed from your inputs
- Daily habits — 12+ evidence-based actions (cold shower, no social media, morning sunlight, etc.)
- Urge interventions — 4-step protocol (breathe → reframe → delay → outcome) when cravings hit
- Steps — Apple Health integration (read-only) with brain-state thresholds
- Weekly insights — patterns from your data (e.g. "low-sleep nights correlate with 2.3× more fast-dopamine choices")
- Brain challenges — 5 weekly resets to break specific patterns
